IFOAM - Organics International has been leading, uniting and assisting the global organic movement since 1972. IFOAM serves as an umbrella organization for a diverse global membership across more than 100 countries. The vision is worldwide adoption of truly sustainable agriculture, value chains and consumption in line with the principles of organic agriculture. IFOAM organizes regional and international events, implements projects, engages in advocacy, provides information on organic standards, certification, and alternative verification systems, and trains a new generation of leaders through Organic Leadership Courses and other services.
