Ceylon’s creates value-added fruit products that reduce food waste and provide livelihood opportunities for rural women. They offer fruit leather, dried fruit, jams, and other preserves made from woodapple, tamarind, mango, banana, guava, and lime. Ceylon’s directly sources fresh fruit at above-market prices from small-scale farmers in Anamaduwa and provides fair wage employment to local women. They collect glass bottles for sterilization and reuse.
